This update to our desktop personal finance program has minor changes for compatibility with JabpLite 4.28

This update to our Android personal finance app has an important fix for Android 10 users:

• Added more monthly deltas to Balance By Month function
• Fixed bug which could cause Balance By Month function to crash
• Set sandboxed import/output directory on Android 10 or later
