Here are the latest changes to our fitness app for Android / Wear OS:

• New option to upload automatically to Google Fit
• New option to upload automatically to Strava

A further update for our Android / Wear OS fitness app with the following changes:

• Long press (> 1.5 secs) top button to write data to phone as alternative to using bottom button
• Watch app now finishes automatically after writing data to phone
