Another update to our fitness app for Android / Wear OS, with these changes:

• New option to change clock display to 24 hour clock
• Expanded help text to include more watch operating instructions

• Notification appears when session successfully added to Google Fit manually

• If multiple sessions are recorded on watch, auto-upload to GFit/Strava is temporarily disabled
• Selecting a biking activity on phone will change watch display from pace to speed
• Tapping elapsed time on watch will toggle to actual time, and vice versa
