Updated: Wear Logger 1.24

This update to our personal fitness app for Android and WearOS has the following changes:

  • New option: auto lock screen to prevent accidental screen taps during your workout. The screen can be unlocked either by right-swiping, or by a long-press in the centre of the display, or by a button press.
  • New option: by default, steps for Google Fit are taken from the pedometer. Some people report that the pedometer under-records their steps. If this is you, then you can switch to estimating steps from distance covered.
  • Updated: by popular demand, Wear Logger can now also be used on watches without in-built heart rate monitors.
  • Improved: better reliability when transferring data from watch to phone
