Thanks for your Play Store review. I appreciate you taking the time to give feedback. You have indicated that the app isn’t meeting your expectations, but you haven’t provided any information that would help me investigate. For example, I need to know what phone and what watch you are using (if it’s a watch app). What Android/WearOS versions are your devices running? Did you get an error message, if so, what did it say? What exactly were you trying to do at the time? What specific feature of the app isn’t working for you?
As a developer, I need as much useful information as you can give me in order to improve the app. A comment like “it doesn’t work” provides nothing to help me to diagnose the issue you are seeing. For most apps I have provided instruction videos which are available here. Please check that you have given the necessary Android permissions for the phone app and also for the watch app (if there is one).
