Wear Reminder 2 is an app to send Google reminders and other Google content from your Android phone to your WearOS watch. It will optionally speak the reminder when it becomes due. This update is more battery efficient on the watch. The feature to keep watches awake when a notification arrives has been removed; please see the Digital Clock Delay app for that feature.
